Datatel Mobile Inspection Package
The new Datatel Mobile Inspection Package is a complete system to take measurements from any rotating component and transmit it back to a stationary location. The mobile inspection package removes the need for complex slip rings, which may require cooling, and are susceptible to noise, dirt, moisture and other fluids. The Telemetry module is able to run immersed in oil, dirt and dust without wear or degradation in performance. Strain, pressure, thermocouple, and ICP accelerometer data are sent via an RF signal to the receiver. The standard unit has a sample rate of 25kHz. Plenty for even the most demanding applications. Applications include, Flex plate torque measurement, drive train loss analysis, torque measurement, vibration and bending load on shafts, cam shaft torque / bending load.
