We have highly skilled and factory trained engineers to enable us to offer a full service and calibration facility. Our commitment to long-term support is backed up by an extensive stockholding of spares parts.

We offer support contracts for customers who want to manage their through-life costs. PSIL currently have contracts in place with the RAF and other military customers and some of these contracts include obsolescence management.

We also offer telephone and web based technical support. Training for both our current and legacy products is also available.

The Customer Support Helpline is available from 09:00 to 17:00 hrs UK time, Monday to Friday.
